rv777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and rv777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rv777 website at https://rv777.im and all associated services, games, and features.

By completing the registration process on rv777, clicking the "I Agree" checkbox, or making any deposit or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one rv777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own details or using another person's information — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and must update it promptly if it changes. Failure to maintain accurate account details may prevent withdrawal processing.
• Account sharing is not permitted. You must not allow any other person to access or use your rv777 account, including family members. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
• rv777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Verification may require CNIC, proof of address, and/or payment method confirmation.

rv777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not accepted and will be refunded.
• rv777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your rv777 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• rv777 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts in line with responsible gaming policy or as required for account verification.
• Failed deposits are not charged; your funds return to your payment account automatically through the original provider's reversal process.

Withdrawals from your rv777 PKR wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit. rv777 does not transfer winnings to a different account or method unless the original method is no longer available, in which case identity verification is required before an alternative is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for standard accounts. VIP Club Gold tier and above receive priority processing with an internal target of under 2 minutes.
• rv777 may place a withdrawal on pending review if: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) unusual activity patterns are detected; (c) a bonus wagering requirement is incomplete; or (d) a responsible gaming limit is in place.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds require completion of the stated wagering requirement before they can be processed. The wagering requirement and qualifying games are specified at the time any bonus is credited.
• rv777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

From time to time, rv777 offers bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification. rv777 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus credits. The specific requirement (e.g., 20x wagering on bonus amount) will be displayed in the promotion details at the time the offer is made. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each promotion has a validity window. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated period result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited automatically.
• rv777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have claimed it, no compensation is owed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to claim linked bonuses — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• VIP Club cashback benefits are governed by the separate VIP Club Terms outlined in Section 8.

All games available on rv777 — including crash games, card games, Aviator, Ludo, and esports betting markets — operate under the following framework:

• Certified RNG: Game outcomes are generated by independently certified random number generator technology. The RNG is audited to ensure it produces statistically random, unpredictable results. No rv777 employee, operator, or technical system can influence the outcome of any game after a player's bet has been placed and confirmed.
• Provably fair verification: Crash games and Aviator on rv777 use a provably fair system. Players can verify any completed round by comparing the server seed hash (published before the round) with the resulting outcome using the algorithm published in the platform FAQ.
• By placing a bet, you accept the outcome of the game as final. Game results displayed in your account history are the authoritative record of outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including server disconnection, display error, or payment processing failure — rv777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to your wallet. Partial or incomplete bets caused by technical issues will be resolved in the player's favour where possible.
• Esports betting markets settle based on the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. If a match is postponed and replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets stand. If the match is cancelled or not completed within 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rv777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on rv777 under any identity, including using another person's details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with rv777 games, betting markets, or the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any rv777 game or platform feature. Any bug discovered must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it — even unintentionally — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in card games.
• Using rv777 accounts for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any rv777 game or platform component.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during any KYC verification process.

The rv777 VIP Club rewards loyal players through a tiered points system. The following terms apply to VIP Club membership:

• VIP points are earned automatically at a rate of 1 point per Rs 10 wagered on any qualifying game across the rv777 platform. Sports betting on certain low-margin markets may earn points at a reduced rate; qualifying rates are displayed in the VIP Club section.
• VIP tier thresholds (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are calculated on a rolling monthly basis. Failure to maintain the required wagering volume in any given month may result in tier demotion at the start of the following month.
• Cashback benefits — 8% at Gold, 15% at Platinum, 20%+ at Diamond — are applied weekly to net losses across the platform. Cashback is credited to your rv777 wallet every Monday morning for the preceding week's net loss figure.
• VIP cashback is credited as real PKR funds with no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in a specific VIP promotion.
• rv777 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point earn rates, and benefit structures with 14 days' notice to affected members. Tier status is a benefit, not a contractual right, and may be adjusted as part of platform-wide policy changes.

rv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceiling. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session time reminders: Set a session duration after which you receive an on-screen notification to take a break.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no deposits or bets are accepted.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration or identity information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 7 days of the request.
• Account holder's request (voluntary closure).
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Upon account closure, rv777 will process any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the account holder's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, payment, or account decision on rv777, follow this process:

1. First contact support: Raise the issue via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email to support@rv777.im within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Provide your account username, date, amount, and a description of the issue. Our support team resolves most disputes within 24 hours.

Disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant event may not be eligible for review. rv777 recommends keeping screenshots and transaction reference numbers for any transaction you are uncertain about.

rv777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points relevant to your account:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• rv777 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from: (a) technical failures outside rv777's reasonable control; (b) player error in placing a bet; (c) incorrect use of responsible gaming tools; or (d) account access by an unauthorised third party where the player failed to maintain password security.
• rv777 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability.
• In cases where rv777 liability is established, rv777's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rv777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by an in-platform notification at login. The updated Terms will be published at https://rv777.im/terms-conditions with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of rv777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using rv777 and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without specific notification.
